Recognising the role that high-quality coffee plays in shaping customer perception, Porsche Centre Bristol sought a coffee solution that would seamlessly integrate into its premium environment while delivering consistently exceptional results. The solution needed to match the aesthetics of the showroom, operate efficiently for staff, and meet the expectations of a discerning clientele.

With a showroom featuring an incredible range of vehicles — from the iconic 911 Carrera to the all-electric Taycan — the coffee experience had to feel equally considered and premium.

The Solution

Working in partnership with Porsche Centre Bristol, Russell Hardwick led the installation of the Franke Mytico, marking our first installation of this flagship system.

The Franke Mytico sits “beyond traditional” coffee machines, combining the theatre and technical ability of a classic espresso machine with the performance, automation, and consistency of modern coffee technology.

Its architectural design, clean lines, and refined materials make it a natural fit within a luxury showroom setting. Rather than appearing as a piece of equipment, the Mytico becomes part of the environment — a focal point that reinforces the quality and sophistication of the space.

Installation & Implementation

The installation was carefully planned to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day operations while delivering a flawless finish. Close collaboration with the Porsche Centre Bristol team ensured the machine placement, workflow, and operation aligned with the showroom’s layout and service style.

Staff were trained to confidently operate the system, ensuring they could deliver a consistently excellent coffee experience without slowing service or compromising quality. The Mytico’s intuitive interface and automated precision allow staff to focus on customer engagement rather than machine management.
