Standard Warranty Terms:

Standard warranty period: 12 months parts & labour warranty cover on all manufacturing defects for mainland UK
(warranty is back-to-base for all UK Islands).

Service: Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or each anniversary.

Boiler Inspection: Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or each anniversary.

Water Filter Replacement: Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or each anniversary.

Call-outs & Replacement Parts: Included at no cost during the standard warranty period apart from the following exceptions:

• Callouts created by operator error including lack of or incorrect cleaning
• Misuse, abuse and negligence
• Callouts created by scale or water supply issues
• Callouts created by power supply issues
• Screen replacements
• Payment system replacements & repairs

All calls attended within standard business hours. Out-of-hours rates will apply if required.
