• Boiler Inspection – Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or each anniversary.

• Water Filter Replacement – Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or each anniversary.

• Call-Outs & Replacement Parts – Included at no cost during the standard warranty period, apart from the following exceptions:

  • Callouts caused by operator error, including incorrect or missed cleaning

  • Misuse, abuse, and negligence

  • Scale or water supply-related issues

  • Power supply-related issues
