We’re proud to share that Russell Hardwick, Sales Director at Caffia Coffee Group, has successfully completed and passed the CSP Barista Skills Professional course through the Specialty Coffee Association.

Russell’s completion of the CSP Barista Skills Professional course adds further depth to the technical and practical knowledge within our team, helping us support customers with more informed advice across office coffee, hospitality, workplace design projects and commercial coffee setups.
The course strengthens understanding of espresso preparation, extraction, grinder control, workflow and drink quality in a commercial setting.
