Supporting a newly refurbished Glasgow office with a Jura GIGA W10 coffee machine, creating a practical and high-quality coffee solution for staff and client spaces.
The Brief
Turner & Co relocated their Glasgow office from Craigton Road in Govan to a newly refurbished space on St Vincent Street. Ahead of the move, they got in touch to discuss a new coffee machine that would better suit the new office layout and how their team and clients use the space.
Previously, the office had a Nespresso machine located in a conference room. In practice, it was rarely used, as it was considered too noisy and impractical during meetings.
With the new office featuring a dedicated breakout area, the aim was to introduce a more accessible, quieter and higher-quality coffee solution that staff and visitors would actually use.
The Solution
A Jura GIGA W10 was selected as a strong fit for the new breakout space. This type of bean-to-cup coffee machine is well suited to office environments where ease of use, consistency and minimal disruption are important.
The machine was installed as the office prepared to open, ensuring the coffee setup was ready from day one. Positioned within the breakout area, it provides a central and practical location for both staff and clients.

Installation & Training
The machine was delivered, installed and set up ahead of the office opening, with on-site training provided to ensure the team felt confident using it from the start.
A follow-up visit was carried out three weeks later to review the setup, fine-tune drink settings and make sure everything was working as expected.
This approach ensures not just a successful installation, but a coffee solution that continues to perform well in day-to-day use.
The Result
