Call-outs & replacement parts: Included at no cost during the standard warranty period apart from the following exceptions:

• Callouts created by operator error including lack of or incorrect cleaning
• Misuse, abuse and negligence
• Callouts created by scale or water supply issues
• Callouts created by power supply issues
• Payment system replacements & repairs
