The Full Story

When the team at Which? London decided to upgrade their office coffee offering, they wanted a setup that reflected their commitment to quality, sustainability, and inclusivity.

To meet these needs, we installed two Franke A600 Bean-to-Cup machines — one dedicated to dairy milk and the other to an alternative milk. This thoughtful approach ensures there’s no cross-contamination, giving everyone the freedom to enjoy their coffee exactly the way they like it. Both machines feature the fantastic FoamMaster milk system for the ultimate textured milk experience.

Part of the process of working with the team at Which? included an extensive coffee tasting session at our London showroom facility — a fun and productive day that allowed the client to personally select their preferred coffee to enjoy through their new machines.

The machines are paired with a carefully selected range of Caffia coffees, including our TRIOS Triple Certified blend, which is Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and Organic certified, as well as Shade Grown — chosen for its ethical sourcing and balanced flavour profile. For those who prefer a gentler option, we also supply our Mexican Mountain Water Process Decaff bean, a naturally decaffeinated coffee that retains all the depth and aroma of a traditional roast.

To complete the experience, Which? staff can also enjoy our Gracio Hot Chocolate Drink — a smooth, indulgent choice that’s as popular in afternoon meetings as it is on chilly mornings.

Together, the setup provides a seamless, sustainable, and inclusive coffee experience — perfectly suited to the values and daily rhythm of Which?’s London office.
