Standard warranty period – 12 months parts & labour warranty cover on all manufacturing defects for mainland UK (warranty is back-to-base for all UK Islands):

• Service – Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or each anniversary.

• Boiler Inspection – Not included.

• Water Filter Replacement – Not included.

• Call-Outs & Replacement Parts – Included at no cost during the warranty period, apart from the following exceptions:

  • Operator error (e.g., lack of or incorrect cleaning)

  • Misuse, abuse or negligence

  • Scale or water supply issues

  • Power supply faults

  • Payment system repairs
