Standard warranty period:
12 months parts & labour cover for all manufacturing defects (mainland UK). Back-to-base warranty applies for all UK Islands.

Exclusions & Notes:

• Service – Not included. Service contracts available at time of purchase or annually.

• Boiler Inspection – Not included.

• Water Filter Replacement – Not included.

• Call-outs & replacement parts – Included during warranty, except when caused by:

  • Operator error (e.g. lack of/incorrect cleaning)

  • Misuse, abuse or negligence

  • Scale or water supply issues

  • Power supply issues

  • Payment system damage or failure

Standard call-out & labour rates apply outside warranty or contract period.
